The twenty-four hour period before Christmas ever and Adam was at that place to helped me! He was very professional person and change both my brake lights and he filled the tire tire pressure! I volition be returning anytime I demand anything done to with my car. Cheers Adam.

Store Manager Mike told me he was autograph and he would try to keep my engagement. 2hrs later on Hayden stopped what he was doing and exchanged my tire. Corporate please recognize your two employees with a bonus and or paid fourth dimension off for their expertise and kindness. Daniela **.

The Pep Boys service eye I visited had friendly and knowledgeable staff that was able to give me an accurate time estimate for a bombardment replacement for my vehicle. The prices are in line and reasonable within the industry with a no frills, no upwards-sell on services. They are among the very few service centers I can trust brusk of going to the manufacturer's dealership.

Information technology was a pleasure working with Pep Boys on 57th Ave in Hialeah. I had the privilege of working with Alberto **. He had great customer service and made my feel quick and easy. I would recommend pep boys to anyone looking for new tires.

Although I have done business concern with the Davie FL location on numerous occasions, my final experience with their rude disrespectful service rep Andrew and the subsequent follow up with the manager Jose has ensured that I will not exist doing business organization there over again!

Their motto should exist "If information technology ain't factory, we won't bear on it." Got the lifetime alignment for my vehicle. Was told initially that the alignment was done, but my tie rods needed to be replaced. 6 months after it came time for inspection. Lo and behold I demand 2 new front end tires considering the toe was way off. Destroyed a good $500 pair of tires considering they didn't do the alignment at all. Recently had to replace the break because of a broken spring. They will now no longer award the alignment agreement considering it's not "manufacturing plant specs". Don't ever take your car hither.

Required new radiator and tube up for a Chevy Sonic. Went to Hasbrouck Heights location and they said information technology would cost $2700 to fix. Afterward 7 hours information technology was set up and seemed fine until it began leaking coolant. Brought it back and they said an O ring was bad when they put it in so they fixed it at no cost. Seemed fine after a few days then coolant started leaking again and they wanted $260 to set a hose from the reservoir to the heating block. They never checked this hose. Had a local guy do information technology for less and he even showed me the part. Yous would retrieve that hose replacement would be part of the new radiator install. They want coin and don't intendance almost service.

I ordered tires from TireBuyer.com and had them shipped to the Manchester, CT location. I called Pep Boys and booked an appointment for 5:30pm 12/27. When I arrived to the location, I spoke to the cashier who was polite only said she didn't run across an appointment for me. She called her manager, Dorian, who he seemed very annoyed and inconvenienced that I came in for service. He told me to come back some other mean solar day since he didn't see an appointment for me. I showed him my appointment confirmation and told him I wouldn't be able to come up dorsum due to my piece of work schedule and plus I seriously needed new tires. He became even more annoyed and went to the backroom for a few minutes. He eventually came back and told me the tires weren't in the store.

I immediately called TireBuyer and they confirmed that the tires were in fact delivered and signed by the manager, Dorian. I told Dorian that TireBuyer confirmed the delivery and his signature of receipt and he became very defensive and said the tires must accept gotten lost. At this signal, I've wasted enough time in the shop and I asked TireBuyer for a refund but they weren't able to process a refund merely yet since they needed to call FedEx and the Pep Boys store to figure out what happened. I ended up leaving the store without new tires and without a refund. Today I'grand driving around with bald tires, which one of them has a nail in it, while there is ice on the roads all because my tires got lost in the Manchester Pep Boys. I will be going to the Better Business Agency and filing a complaint with the commissioner'due south office if a resolution isn't reached.

Worst customer experience always. E'er since the company doesn't sell parts in stores, their customer service is horrible. Will never purchase any product or service from them ever again. They definitely do not care virtually customers.
